A pre-makeup conditioner for the skin, worn under foundation or powder, they provide oil stopping properties, enhances the wear and look of makeup, and even out skin tones. Our formulas are designed to calm and soothe the skin, helps to keep away excess oil, and even out skin redness. Ultimately improves the lay-down and application of foundation or powder. Specially formulated with oil-absorbing powders, helps prevent oil breakthrough. Generally used by clients who have combination to oily skin types but very effective for any skin type.

Our primer powders are designed to be applied to freshly cleansed, toned and moisturized skin. Usually applied BEFORE application of foundation, but can be used through out the day as a surface shine eliminator.
